1.1. These Rules apply to the use of the Telegram bot “Support the Warrior” (hereinafter referred to as the “Assistant”), which belongs to the “Youth in Action” charitable foundation (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”).

2.1. The Assistant is intended solely to provide psychological and spiritual support to the Ukrainian military.
2.2. The User undertakes:
– not to transfer personal data of third parties without their express consent;
– use the Assistant responsibly and for its intended purpose.
2.3. WARNING: The assistant does not replace professional psychological counseling - he only provides general advice and spiritual support.
2.4. Data collection: To improve performance and fix bugs, we only automatically process user questions and Assistant responses. No personal data Names, nicknames, etc. never are not used for this.
Intellectual property
3.1. All general texts, tips, quotes and interface design are created by the Youth in Action Foundation.
3.2. The use of the Assistant's content is possible only for non-commercial purposes; any copying or publication requires the separate written consent of the Foundation.
Disclaimer
